People Resource Center is Hiring a Parking Lot Attendant (PT) Near Wheaton, IL
- Tuesday – 7:00 am - 11:30 am
- Wednesday – 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Thursday – 7:00 am - 1:30 pm
- Saturday – 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Additional hours as needed for meetings and training
- SIMPLE IRA Retirement plan & company match

- Welcome and direct parties to appropriate parking areas
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic based on parking availability
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean parking area
- Maintain ice- and snow-free walkways and sidewalks when applicable
- Monitor and redirect all unauthorized parking in neighboring parking areas
- Assist clients and guests as time permits
- Adhere to all safety requirements of safety garments and equipment as applicable
- Foster positive relationships with donors, clients, and volunteers
- Assist with food rescue efforts for the food pantry, as needed
- Provide backup to other pantry staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent credentials
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Commitment to PRC’s mission, values, and community focus
- Enjoys working in a not-for-profit social service organization
- Maintain a high standard of excellent customer service
- Able to exercise good judgment to resolve problems
- Able to work effectively with people from other countries and people speaking other languages
- Able to work under pressure
